We are a one-stop-shop construction company based in Fareham, servicing the South of the UK and specialising in commercial property maintenance. We employ over 60 multi-trade operatives and have an in-house professional services team. We’re equipped to face all challenges, big or small.

Our professional services team are experienced in organising fixes, from the most simple jobs to the extremely complex, and our team of operatives are highly trained and have experience in a huge range of trades and different sites. Hi-Tech Property Services ltd are dedicated to adapting our work to your needs.
We attend a huge range of construction jobs from small extensions and roof repairs to complex refurbishments for commercial properties.
For our clients who have unexpected problems out of office hours, we have an on-call phone number, where they’ll be able to speak to someone 24/7.
We employ a huge range of tradespeople and office staff, including our own surveyors, health & safety team and multi-tradespeople.
Our Fareham site is home to our bespoke joinery workshop, where we can manufacture personalised solutions to any problem.
Though our main clientele come from the pub and hospitality sector, we also have experience with many other sectors.
Our PPM and FM services mean we are on hand to assist with all problems, including leaky taps, drafty windows and blocked gutters.

We have plenty of experience designing and fitting full commercial catering kitchens, refurbishing reception areas and bars, refreshing full external decorations, and maintaining relationships for Planned Preventative Maintenance for all our pub clients.
