Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd employ our own in-house trades personnel which captures all trades requirements such as roofers, plumbers, groundworks, carpenters to electricians, gas engineers/HVAC and decorators.
As an integral part of our reactive repair service we operate a 24-hour Reactive Service throughout Hampshire to ensure that you as our client receive a first class service. Operators man the call centre 24 hours a day, they will ensure your calls are answered and dealt with promptly and professionally. Work is categorised and dealt with according to timed schedules including an immediate response where required.
Our construction and refurbishment works are sufficiently planned, co-ordinated and delivered to the highest level of quality and professional standards through our in-house trades team. This ensures ownership, commitment and confidence in what we set out to deliver.
