Job Description

Hi-Tech Property Services are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to support our Service Delivery Administrators in helping to manage the delivery of our planned, responsive repair contracts to a broad section of clients including Local Authority, Defence Infrastructure, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

You will work as part of the team to deliver a first-class support service to our team and customers.

As you progress in the role you will learn and develop further IT, administration, business, and communications skills.

You will interact with a wider range of other Hi-Tech team members in the business, our suppliers and customers which will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge your commercial skills further.

At Hi-Tech we use a piece of software called JobLogic to help co-ordinate our activities and full training on the system would be provided.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Answering the phone to team members, suppliers and customers.
  • Data input/entry of key information into JobLogic.
  • Using JobLogic system to co-ordinate jobs for our team members.
  • Liaising with our accounts department for purchase orders and invoice queries.
  • Handling customer enquiries and regular updating of customer portals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
